When you go to check out you will see options of how much you want to pay for shipping and the speediness of your order.

We offer two carriers from you to choose from USPS and UPS.

International shipping? Heck yes, we dream big! We currently have DHL and USPS services to deliver your worthy package to you!

Orders

Will I receive notifications when my item has shipped?

Yes! We will email you as soon as we ship your order. Don't worry- you will get a tracking number so you can watch it travel to you.

Returns & Exchanges

At Roseworthy, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have a smooth and transparent return process. Our goal is to provide a straightforward returns policy that takes into consideration the unique needs of our small business in Missoula, Montana.

Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for items purchased within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  1.  Please login in to your account or contact our customer support at roseworthy.info@gmail.com to initiate a return. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2.  Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on where to send the item.
  3.  Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process the return.
Submit a return request (through your account)
1. Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or click request a return.
2. Log in to your account:
    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you are responsible to ship the items back to Roseworthy. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Refund:

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Your refund will be the price you paid minus a 10% restocking fee.  Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will issue a full refund. If it has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Exchanges:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Limited Returns:

  • Given our small business size, we have limited resources for handling returns. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Product Specifics

What types of products do you sell?

Roseworthy sells a variety of size inclusive apparel and accessories that focus on topics or things that are worthy. Currently, the store is focusing on Mental Health, as it is a very worthy conversation. Sometimes its hard to say how we feel and we hope that some of the products we offer can do that instead. Sometimes its hard to be kind to ourselves and we hope that some of our products will help break negative self talk and be more gentle.

Can I see product images and detailed descriptions?

All product images and descriptions are on the product page itself. If you are interested in a certain product, click on the title or picture to be re-directed to the page. There will be lots of information for you there- because information is powerful.

How do I know the quality of your products?

Roseworthy strives to use the comfiest clothing that can be worn as your favorite item. Curious where some of our items are sourced?

Are there customer reviews and ratings for products?

Yes- we understand that information is power. The product page will only show ratings and reviews if the item has been reviewed by previous verified purchased customer. If you don't see a review, that means no one has written one yet. We use judge.me to collect all review information and costumer data. 

If there isn’t a review of the item you are interested in- you could be the first to write one! We strongly encourage our customers to leave reviews of our products to empower and inform others. Customers that leave a review, will receive a special discount code as a thank you! 

Any data collected by judge.me and in the reviews process, will only be used for verification purposes. Reviews information will not be sold or shared to any other entities. 

Pricing & Payments

What are your prices?
We price our items competitively while still trying to make them affordable for the everyday human. 

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, we have a discount for customers that write a review of their products for their next purchase. 

We offer free shipping for orders over $75.00 in the United States and Canada. Shipping must cost less than $30.00 for this discount to be applied. Discount is applied automatically at check out. Sorry my international babes, we are not yet at the capacity to offer free international shipping. We are hoping in the future to offer it. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, amex, discover) as well as diners club, shop pay, apple pay, google pay, meta pay, amazon pay, and paypal.
